摘 要:制备了一系列甘油增塑的壳聚糖膜(GLCS),利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了膜吸附Pb2+前后的表面形貌,利用原子吸收光谱(AAS)研究了甘油含量、膜的活化方式对吸附的影响,分析了Pb2+的初始浓度、吸附温度、吸附时间等对吸附量的影响。结果表明:甘油的引入有效提高了Pb2+的吸附量;采用Na OH活化优于氨水-乙醇的活化方式;吸附行为更符合二级动力学模型和Freundlich机制,降温有利于吸附。当用1M的Na OH活化4h、Pb2+初始浓度为4075.5mg·L-1时,于p H 5.0溶液中,30℃下吸附48h后薄膜对Pb2+的吸附容量达到了221.8mg·g-1。A series of chitosan films plasticized by glycerol (GLCS) were prepared. The morphology of GLCS was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) before and after adsorption of Pb2+ in solution. The effects of glycerol content and activation method of films on adsorption were studied by atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS). Then the initial concentration of pb2+,temperature and adsorption time on adsorption performance were discussed. The results demonstrates that introduction of glycerol can significantly improve the adsorption capacity of Pb2+,and NaOH activation method is better than that of ammonia-ethanol. The adsorption mechanism and thermodynamic analysis shows that the adsorption behavior of Pb2+is more in line with the second-order kinetic equation and Freundlich model,and lower temperature is advantageous to the adsorption. When activated by 1M NaOH for 4h,and the initial concentration of Pb2+is 4075.5mg·L-1,the adsorbing capacity of 40%-GLCS film is up to 221.8mg·g-1,in pH 5.0 solution at 30oC after 48h.
