摘　　要：目的调查深圳市二甲以上医院的微信使用情况,分析和发现深圳市医院在新媒体的使用中可能存在的问题。方法收集各医院微信号使用情况数据,使用频数分析法对各医院微信使用数据进行对比分析。结果大部分医院微信使用存在较多的问题,主要包括未开通微信、微信未进行认证、微信话题缺乏吸引力以及不重视用户满意度调查等。结论增加医院对微信的使用要加强医院自身的认识,主动地、积极地利用微信提供良好的医疗服务。Objective To investigate the wechat use in grade two or above hospitals in Shenzhen,to analyze and find problems in the use of new media in Shenzhen hospitals. Methods Data of wechat use in the grade two or above hospitals were collected and analyzed through frequency analysis. Results There were many problems in using wechat in most hospitals,including inaccessibility to open wechat in most hospitals,un- authenticated use,boring wechat topics and less attention to the satisfaction with wechat. Conclusion In order to increase the use of wechat,the hospital should realize the importance of wechat and provide better medical service actively by using wechat.
