Autar量表干预护理模式在预防妇科手术患者下肢深静脉血栓形成中的应用

摘　　要：【目的】探讨Autar量表干预护理模式在预防妇科手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT ）中的应用效果。【方法】2010年6月至2014年5月来本院接受妇科手术治疗的患者160例，选取2010年6月至2012年5月的患者80例，为对照组，采用传统常规的护理模式；选取2012年6月至2014年5月的患者80例，作为观察组，采用Autar量表干预护理模式按量表评估后的不同风险级别采取相应的预防干预。比较两组患者术后下肢DVT 的发生情况以及观察组不同风险级别患者术后下肢DVT 的发生情况。【结果】观察组患者下肢DVT 发生率为5．0％（4／80），显著低于对照组的16．3％（13／80）（ P ＜0．05）。观察组 Autar不同分级患者中，高危患者下肢DVT的发生率为22．2％（2／9）；中危患者下肢DVT的发生率为7．7％（2／26）；低危患者下肢DVT的发生率为0（0／45），差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。【结论】手术前采用Autar量表对患者进行DVT风险评估，对患者采取预见性、针对性、个性化的护理措施，能有效降低患者下肢DV T的发生率。[Objective] To explore the nursing effects of Autar scale on the prevention of deep venous throm‐bosis （DVT） in patients after gynecological procedures .[Methods]A total of 80 patients scheduled for gynecolog‐ical procedures were selected from June 2010 to May 2012 as control group .And traditional routine nursing mode was employed .From June 2012 to May 2014 ,another 80 patients were included into observation group .The Au‐tar scale was used to assess the risks of DVT .The corresponding interventions were taken for different risk levels . The incidence of DVT was compared between two groups and among different grades of observation group .[Re‐sults] The observation group had a DVT rate of 5% （4/80） .And it was significantly lower than 16 .3% （13/80） in control group （ P 〈0 .05） .For observation group with different grades ,the incidence rates of high ,medium and low‐risk DVT patients were （2/9） 22 .2% ,7 .7% （2/26） and 0 .And the differences were statistically signifi‐cant （ P〈0 .05） .[Conclusion]A preoperative application of Autar scale for assessing DVT risks may enable pro‐active ,targeted and personalized nursing so as to effectively reduce the incidence of lower limb DVT .
