住院药房自动包药机应用的调查与评价

摘　　要：目的评价自动包药机在住院药房应用的情况。方法根据实际工作,总结分析自动包药机在住院药房的应用及常见问题,并提出解决方法。结果自动包药机的应用降低了住院药房的工作强度,提高了调剂质量,提高了药学服务满意度。但也存在个别药品与设备不相匹配等问题。结论自动包药机实现摆药新模式,提高了工作效率,减少了发药错误。Objective To explore and assess the application of automatic packet medicine machines in the hospital pharmacy. Methods Based on our practice, we summarized the application of automatic packet medicine machines in the hospital pharmacy, and analyzed the necessity of the application and the common problems, and at the last, we put forward some methods to solve them. Results The application of automatic packet medicine machines greatly reduced the hospital pharmacy working strength, improved the quality of Drltg dispensing and the satisfaetion of PC. But there were some flaws, such as individual drug didn＇t match the device, the existing equipment of the hardware and software of the ejector brought the problem of ejecting numbers, stocks and dru~ consumption, speed of machine, and so on. Conclusion Pharmacy workers should be good at finding out problems, summarizing problems, actively analyzing reasons, and constantly adjusting and correcting in the working process, thus automatic packet medicine machines would serve better.
