摘 要:文章采用定性研究的方法,借助不同的分类标准,从矿种、时间、空间三个维度分析论证矿产资源开发对生态环境的影响。矿种维度分析了三类矿产资源在开发利用过程中资源损毁、环境破坏和地质灾害方面的问题,时间维度从勘查和采选两个阶段对环境影响及程度进行总结,空间维度从环境承载力和恢复力的角度探讨了东中部和西部资源开发的生态环境影响,进而从制度、技术、社会参与和开发理念几个方面提出了转变矿产资源开发理念、引导社会广泛参与、完善生态环境保护制度、推进技术创新应对之策。Adopting the qualitative research method, with the help of different classification standards, this paper analyzes and proofs the effects of mineral resources development on ecological environment from the three dimensions of minerals, time and space. The problems such as destroying environmental resources, causing geological disasters and resulting environmental contamination in the process of development and utilization of three types of mineral resources are pointed out. It also summarizes the level of environmental impacts at the stages of prospecting and mining-dressing. And then it explores the ecological environmental impacts of resource development in eastern and central regions and western China from the point of view of environmental bearing capacity and resilience. On this basis, from the aspects of institutions, technology, social participation, and idea of development, this paper offers that we should change the notion of mineral resource development, guide the broad participation of the public, improve the system of ecological environment protection, and promote technology innovation.
