关于机动车污染与雾霾防治的思考:以晋城市为例

摘　　要：当前我国机动车污染是雾霾天气多发频发的主要原因,引起全社会广泛关注,山西省晋城市也难以幸免,环境空气质量由以往全省11地市名列前茅水平跌至2013年最差状况的末尾,并引起各界的高度重视。晋城市在机动车污染防治方面做了很多工作,在山西乃至全国也下了名列前茅,然而也存在诸多问题,本文经过深入调查研究对当前机动车污染提出思考。China’s environmental situation is still grim,under the dome of the motor vehicle pollution and fog weather is the main reason for the multiple frequency, cause the whole society wide attention, also located in the southeast of Shanxi Province,the pearl in the taihang mountains of Jincheng city are also not immune,ambient air quality by past province 11 cities at the top level at its worst situation at the end of 2013,causing the great attention of the whole city from all walks of life. Jincheng in motor vehicle pollution control has done a lot of work,also in Shanxi Province and even the whole country down from the top,but also has many problems,in this paper,after in- depth investigation and study on the current of motor vehicle pollution put forward thinking.
