摘 要:首先对75.8%草甘膦铵盐·硝磺草酮水分散颗粒剂配方中使用的助剂及填充剂进行了筛选和优化,按照制剂加工工艺方法制得.通过对润湿分散剂、崩解剂的选择搭配使用、配方的质量性能测试及比较,获得了性能优越、品质稳定、高悬浮率(91.3%)的水分散颗粒剂.最后对较佳配方进行热贮实验.实验结果表明:在达到悬浮率及稳定性指标的情况下,崩解时间小于60s,符合水分散颗粒剂的技术指标要求,且该制剂无需粘结剂,对环境友好,价格相对低廉,适合工业生产.The additives and vectors were selected and optimized for being used in the formulation of 75.8% ammonium glyphosate · mesotrione WDG. In situ preparations of the product were optimized with different variables including wetting, dispersing and disintegrating agents. A water dispersible granules with superior performance, high quality and high suspension rate (91.3%) was achieved with heat stability. Disintegration time is less than 60 s with stability, suspension rate. This satisfied the quality standard of WDG. This preparation is binder-free, environment friendly and cheap, making it suitable for industry applications.
