摘　　要：世界种业正在发生深刻变化,进入以高新技术引领与兼并重组驱动种业全球化发展为特征。国际种子市场产业集中度高,规模大,自主研发能力强,国外跨国种业公司通过垄断育种技术占领了国际种业市场。国外农业种业的发展方式对我国种业有深刻的教义和启示。并对国内外农作物种业发展的比较及对中国种业的启示进行了详细阐述。Seed industry in the world was undergoing profound changes, to enter the high-tech leading and mergers and restructuring drive seed industry globalization features.International seed industry market concentration degree was high, and the scale was big, and the independent research and development ability were strong. Foreign multinational seed companies occupied the international seed industry through the monopoly of breeding technology. The development mode of foreign agricultural seed industry had profound doctrines and enlightenment on China＇s seed industry. Moreover, the international comparison of crop seed industry development and implications for China＇s seed industry were elaborated in detail.
