摘 要:以芳香族硝基化合物、氢氧化钾为原料,铋化合物为催化剂,D-葡糖酸钾和柠檬酸钾以一定配比作为助剂,加入适量表面活性剂,研制了浓缩黄金镀层退镀液。研究了铋化合物的催化机理,并对配合使用助剂的高效性进行了对比研究。结果表明,选择铋化合物代替传统的无机催化剂(Fe3+,Co3+,Ni 2+),可以有效提高黄金镀层退除速率,在表面活性剂协助下,D-葡糖酸钾和柠檬酸钾配合使用,能进一步提高黄金镀层退除效率。With aromatic nitro compounds and potassium hydroxide, as raw materials, bismuth compounds as catalyst, D-gluconic acid potassium and potassium citrate in a certain proportion as additives, adding suitable amount of surfactant, a high efficient gold enriched retreat plating solution was prepared. The catalytic mechanism of bismuth compounds was studied, and additives were used for comparing the efficiency. The results showed that the choice of bismuth compound instead of traditional inorganic catalysts (Fe^3+ , Co^3+ and Ni^2+ ) could improve the gold plating retreat rate effectively. With the assistance of the surfactant, D-gluconic acid potassium and potassium citrate, the efficiency of retreat of gold plating could be improved further.
