摘 要:为填补莱芜钢铁集团有限公司在炼铁高炉用烧结矿矿相分析方面的空白,并减少投资,对现有大型光学显微镜进行了技术改造,包括改用强亮度的高压氙灯,去掉滤光片,改用最大数值光阑,在偏光起偏器上加色彩补偿,购买专用镜头等。并结合彩色图像分析仪,利用光片在偏振光下所呈现的色彩或灰度不同的原理,建立了定量测试系统,编制了测试软件。试验结果达到了烧结矿矿相识别准确率高、速度快的效果,实现了替代矿相显微镜对烧结矿进行矿相定量分析的工作,并用于了烧结工艺生产的指导。To supplement blank of sinter mineralogical analysis for ironmaking blast furnace in Laiwu iron and steel group corporation and to reduce investment, the transformation was made for the existing large metallographic microscope, for example instead of the strong high-pressure xenon lamp brightness, removing the filter, using the diaphragm with the maximum number, adding the color compensation in polarizer, purchasing the special lenses and so on. Based on the principle of the different color or grayscale under polarized light, and combined the color image analyzer, a quantitative measurement system was established, and the measurement software was prepared. The recognition accuracy for sinter mineralogical was high and the test was fast, the mineral phase microscopy could be replaced by the quantitative analysis method for sinter phase to guide the sintering process.
