摘　　要：目的探讨不同感染时期慢性乙肝患者表面抗原状况。方法选取2014年1月到2014年12月接受治疗的720例慢性乙肝患者,按照慢性乙肝分期的诊断标准,将患者分为免疫耐受期(IT)、e抗原阳性的慢性肝炎期(EPH)、非活动性懈怠期(IC)、e抗原阴性的慢性乙型肝炎期(ENH)。比较不同时期患者的表面抗原状况。结果 IT期和EPH期患者均为HBs-Ag阳性,而IC期患者和ENH期患者均为HBs-Ag阴性;IT期和EPH期患者均为HBsAg水平明显高于IC期和ENH期患者;不同类型的慢性乙肝患者的HBV-DNA水平、ALT水平差异显著。经比较,以上项目均差异显著(P<0.05)。结论不同感染时期慢性乙肝患者的HBs-Ag水平各不相同,IT期和EPH期患者HBs-Ag水平明显高于IC期和ENH期患者,IT期患者HBs-Ag水平最高,IC阶段最低。Objective To explore different infection period in patients with chronic hepatitis B surface antigen. Methods 720 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were selected from January 2014 to December 2014 from our hospital for treatment. According to diagnostic criteria, the staging of chronic hepatitis B patients were divided into immune tolerance period （IT）, HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis （EPH）, inactive slack period （IC）, HBeAg negative chronic hepatitis （ENH）, compared different period in patients with surface antigen. Results The HBs -Ag of patients in IT and EPH stage was positive, HBs - Ag in IC patients and ENH patients were negative. HBs - Ag level of IT and EPH period their patients was obviously higher than that of patients with stage IC patients and ENH. HBV - DNA levels and ALT level in different types of chronic hepatitis b patients had significant difference. Approved by comparison, the above items were the more significant difference, statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Patients with chronic hepatitis b infection period demonstrated different levels of HBs - Ag. The levels of each period are not identical. The HBs - Ag level in IT and EPH periods of these patients were obviously higher than that of patients with stage IC patients and ENH. The HBs - Ag level in IT period demonstrated the highest level, minimum IC stage.
