甘麦大枣汤治疗妇科恶性肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察甘麦大枣汤治疗妇科恶性肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法:将68例妇科肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少的患者随机分为两组,对照组予以鲨肝醇口服,治疗组在此基础上口服甘麦大枣汤,观察两组患者治疗后白细胞变化情况,评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗后白细胞较治疗前明显升高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组有效率为94.1%,对照组为58.8%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:甘麦大枣汤治疗妇科恶性肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少症疗效明显。Objective：To observe the effect of Ganmai Dazao Decoction in the treatment of gynecological malignant tumor leukopenia after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods：Patients were randomly divided into the gynecologicaltumor in 68 cases of leukopenia after ra-diotherapy and chemotherapy to two groups,the control group given batyl alcohol orally,the treatment group based on the oral Ganmai Dazao decoction,observe the changes in white blood cells of patients in the two groups after treatment,clinical evaluation.Results：After treatment,the white blood cells significantly after treatment,compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）;the effective rate of treatment group was 94.1%,58.8%in the control group,the two groups,the difference was statistical-ly significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Ganmai Dazao Decoction in the treatment of gynecologic malignant tumor after chemotherapy and radiotherapy leukopenia efficacy is obvious.
