丹参注射液眼部离子导入治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察丹参注射液眼部离子导入治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)的临床疗效。方法:43例DR患者在基础治疗的基础上给予丹参注射液眼部离子导入疗法,观察治疗前后患者的临床症状及视力情况。结果:43例患者治疗后症状积分明显改善(P<0.01),治疗后临床有效率为95.4%。结论:丹参注射液眼部离子导入治疗DR疗效显著。Objective：To investigate the clinical effiet of diabetic retinopathy（DR）treated by iontophoresis with Danshen Injection on the eyes.Method：43 patients are with the basic treatment and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis by iontophoresis with Danshen Injection on the eyes.To observe the clinical symptoms and eyesign of the patients before and after the treatments above.Re-sult：The effective rate of the 43 patients is 95 .4%.Conclusion：The iontophoresis with Danshen Injection on the eyes is a effective treatment to DR.
