摘　　要：目的：建立凌霄花提取物中总黄酮含量测定方法。方法：采用紫外分光光度法，以槲皮素为对照品，在262 nm处测定凌霄花提取物中总黄酮含量。结果：槲皮素质量浓度在4．88～39．04 mg·L－1内线性关系良好，r＝0．9996，平均回收率为100．03％（RSD＝1．10％）。结论：该方法简便、准确、重现性好，可用于凌霄花提取物的质量控制。Objective：To establish quantitative methods of total flavonoids.The content of total flavonoids was determined at 262 nm by UV Methods Using quercetin as standard.The linear range for the UV determination was 4.88-39.04 μg·mL-1 ,with correlation co-efficient being 0.999 6 and the recovery being 100.03 %（RSD=1.10%）.Conclusions：The presentmethods are simple,accurate with good reproducibility,suggesting it is practical for the quality control of Chinese trumpet creeper extract.
