卫爱武教授将中药运用于体外受精-胚胎移植的经验

摘　　要：中药可改善卵巢储备功能,提高卵子质量,改善内膜容受性,提高胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率,减少早期妊娠流产率,预防及治疗卵巢过度刺激征等不良反应。卫爱武教授围绕体外受精-胚胎移植患者肾虚血瘀的病因病机,在治疗中分三步走:进周前补肾活血,调补冲任,起到护卵养泡的作用,为进周后启动卵泡生长发育奠定良好的基础;进周后从肾论治,兼顾养血活血,佐以健脾益气,为卵泡快速发育提供有力保障;移植后及时助膜长养,补肾活血安胎,为胚胎的着床、发育保驾护航。Traditional Chinese medicine can improve the ovarian reserve function,improve eggquality,improve the endometrial receptivi-ty,increase embryo implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate,reduce the rate of abortion in early pregnancy,prevention and treatment of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and other adverse reactions.Professor Wei Aiwu on in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation of kidney in patients with blood stasis pathogenesis,walk three steps in the treatment：in the week beforein the treatment of Tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation,tiaobuchongren,play the role of protecting eggs raise bubble,growth and development to lay a good foundation for in theweeks after initiation of follicular;,In the weeks after treatment from kidney,nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation,balance,accompanied by spleen qi,follicular development to provide a strong guarantee;;after transplantation to help film long Yang,tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation for tocolysis,embryo implantation,development escort.
