颤压“腰三线”配合艾灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察颤压"腰三线"配合艾灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将60例临床诊断为腰椎间盘突出症的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例采用颤压"腰三线"配合艾灸治疗,对照组30例采用常规推拿手法治疗,两组均连续治疗10次为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察两组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗组治愈率、有效率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后VAS评分均较治疗前有明显改善,且治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:颤压"腰三线"配合艾灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the fibrillation pressure lumbar line threewith moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods：Clinical diagnosis of 60 cases oflumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in the treatment group with fibrillation pressure waist line threecombined with moxibustion therapy,30 cases in the control group with conventional Tuina treatment,two groups were treated for 10 to 1 courses of treatment,1 after treatment of two groups were observed before and after the treatment of pain visual analog scale （visual analogue scale,VAS）score and clinical effica-cy.Results：The cure rate,effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）,the two groups after treat-ment VAS score significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Fibrillation pressure lumbar line threewith the effect of Moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation was significantly.
