对高校研究生考试资料归档模式的思考

摘　　要：本文从高校研究生考试资料归档的实际出发,结合目前档案文件管理的主流方式,简述了传统的考试资料归档模式,根据其不足分别提出了依据考试资料的载体形式整理、试卷档案著录体系的建立、发挥教务机构的职能以及考试资料数据库平台搭建四个改进建议,并强调了服务共享意识在资料整理工作中的重要性。Based on the real condition of the arehiving model of graduate students＇ examination data, combined with the mainstream mode of record and archives management, this paper sketched the traditional model of arehiving the examination data. According to the deficiency of this model, the writer puts forward four proposals, such as according with various carrier formats of examination data, eonstrueting the description system of examination paper, playing the function of dean＇s office and building the database platform of examination data. The writer also eraphasizes the importance of the sense of sharing and service.
