摘 要:在直径为0.28 m的圆柱形搅拌槽内,对两组多层组合桨搅拌槽内聚醚多元醇的流动特性进行分离涡模拟研究。模拟结果表明,分离涡模型能很好的捕捉流体的流动特征。其中组合桨1(HEDT+WHU+WHU)湍动动能高于组合桨2(HEDT+XDT+XYK),对不同径向位置处时均速度场研究发现,组合桨1最大径向速度、轴向速度均高于组合桨2,表明组合桨1更适用于聚醚多元醇体系的工业生产中。In a cylindrical stirred tank of 0.28 m diameter, using two groups of triple-impellers has carried on the study, and the detached eddy simulation (DES) was employed to study the polyether polyols fluid flow behavior. The simulation results shows that DES could capture the turbulent flow characteristics in the multiple impellers stirred tank, the turbulent kinetic energy about multiple impellers two is less than multiple impellers one. The maximum radial velocity, axial velocity of multiple impellers one were higher than multiple impellers two. Simulation results shows that multiple impellers one is more suitable for the actual production of the polyether polyols system.
