摘  要:文章结合东莞市某城镇污水厂的实际工程案例,使用UCT工艺处理城镇污水,试验结果表明,稳定运行时COD去除率大于80%,NH3-N去除率大于90%;在进水BOD5、COD、SS、NH3-N、TN和TP分别为41-48、88-424、28-60、9.55-36.20、18-21.1和2.58-2.65 mg/L条件下,平均出水浓度分别为4、16、10、0.39、6.24和0.34 mg/L,出水水质达到城镇污水处理厂一级B排放标准,同时具有良好的脱氮除磷效果。Combined with the practical engineering case of a municipal sewage treatment plant in Dongguan, UCT process was used to treat sewage in the paper. On stable operation, the dinitrogen efficiency reached 80 % and the phosphorus removal efficiency reached 90 %. The concentration of BOD5, COD, suspended solid, total nitrogen, total phosphorus were reduced from 41-48 mg/L, 88-424 mg/L, 28-60 mg/L, 9.55-36.20 mg/L, 18-21.1 mg/L and 2.58-2.65 mg/L to 4 mg/L, 16 rag/L, 10 mg/L, 0.39 mg/L, 6.24 mg/L and 0.34 mg/L respectively, the effluent quality meet the national discharge standard (the first class-B) for municipal wastewater treatment plant, and the UCT process was effective in nitrogen and phosphorus removal at the same time.
