摘  要:某中药集团生产废水属于提取类废水,具有有机物和悬浮物浓度高,色度高,水质、水量变化大,生化性好等特点。结果表明:采用IC+好氧MBR+BAF组合工艺能有效去除该类型废水中的污染物。该工艺稳定性强,处理效果好,出水达到《GB 21906-2008中药类制药工业水污染物排放标准》表2新建企业水污染物排放限值。CODCr、NH3-N、SS、色度去除率分别为99.3%、92%、97.5%、96%。The wastewater from a traditional Chinese medicine group belongs to extractive-type wastewater. It has the characteristics of high concentrations on organic matter and SS, high chroma, large variation in water quality and quantity, and good biodegradability. The results reflect that the combined process including internal circulation anaerobic reactor, aerobic membrane bio-reactor and biological aerated filter can remove pollutants efficaciously. The treatment system is stable and efficient. The main effluent quality index reached the "Discharge standard of water pollutants for pharmaceutical industry Chinese traditional medicine category" (GB 21906-2008) (Table 2 new facility water pollutant emission requirements). Respectively, removal rate of CODer, NH3-N, SS and chroma is 99.3 %, 92 %, 97.5 % and 96 %.
