摘　　要：通过工艺模拟及塔板水力学核算,确定了烷基化原料方案,通过灵敏度分析,对操作条件进行了优化,经开车运行表明:该方案切实可行。使公司C4资源得以充分利用,在物耗、能耗相当的前提下节约建设投资2035.78万元。Through process simulation and plate hydraulics calculation, determine the alkylation feedstock scheme, through sensitivity analysis, the operation conditions were optimized, the driving operation shows that this scheme is feasible. The company is able to make full use of C4 resources, based on the material and energy consumption, a considerable saving construction investment of 20357800 yuan.
