单蓖麻酸甘油酯低硫柴油抗磨剂的制备及其性能评价

摘  要:在一定的条件下,以蓖麻酸和甘油反应合成单蓖麻酸甘油酯。将合成的物质用四球机进行抗磨性能的评价,结果表明:抗磨剂在低硫柴油中的添加量为100-300μg/g,磨斑直径比空白试验最低降了30%。将合成的蓖麻酸甘油酯与油酸、蓖麻酸、市售抗磨剂相比较,测试其抗磨效果,结果表明:单蓖麻酸甘油酯的效果略差一些,但是降低了抗磨剂的酸值,不影响低硫柴油的各种理化性质,也不会和其他柴油添加剂反应。Under certain conditions, castor acid ester was synthesized from ricinoleic acid and glycerol. The antiwear capacity of castor acid ester was evaluated. Results show that, when the addition of oleic acid imidazoline was 100-300 μg/g, its wear scar diameter was down 30 % than the blank test. Using castor acid ester for test, the results of the wear scar diameter showed that, the wear-resisting was near to castor acid, oleic acid and market antiwear agents. Homemade antiwear additives had no effect on the property of low-sulphur diesel and also didn't react with other diesel additives.
