摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,对辽南地区养老机构中老年人进行体育锻炼的目的、动机、运动量、体育项目的选择及体育消费等几个方面进行调查,提出养老机构的领导应从观念上充分认识体育的社会价值与经济效用的必要性;养老机构要建立、规范有关老人健身与娱乐方面的规章制度与细则;养老机构是高校社会体育专业和体育康复专业就业的新途径等建议,旨在改善养老机构中老人的生活习惯,促进老年人身心健康的发展,使老人的生活更加科学合理,为家庭、社会和政府分忧。By using the methods of documents,questionnaire,interview andmathematical statistics,this paper investigates the purpose,exercise,choice of sports,sports consumption of sports exercise by elderly in retirement organization of southern of Liaoning province,comes up with the necessity of leaders recognizing the social value and economic utility of sport;retirement organization should establish regulations and rules;retirement organization is the new method of employment of social sports specialty and sport health care and recovery in order to improve living habit of the elderly in retirement organization,promote the healthy development,make elderly’s lifemore scientific and reasonable.
