辽宁青年男篮备战全运会赛前生化指标分析

摘　　要：对辽宁省青年男子运动员备战2013年第十二届全运会阶段的生化指标进行监测,结果显示,在整个全运会备战期间,血红蛋白值和睾酮值在训练开始几周后都有显著性的下降(P<0.05),但通过科学调控,在赛前一周都能逐渐升至最高水平;血尿素的变化在各组间没有显著性差异(P>0.05);血清肌酸激酶变化较大,但是在比赛前一周基本能回落到调整状态。结果提示,HB、BU、T、CK四项生化指标的综合使用,对评定青年男子篮球运动员的身体机能水平有较强的科学性和针对性,通过系统的科学监控,为辽宁青年男篮在第12届全运会青少年组比赛获得全国冠军,提供了强有力的保障。This paper selects 7 times comprehensive test data of Liaoning youth basketball athletes before National Games to inspect biochemical indicators. Result shows that,during the whole preparation for National Games,HB and T has a significant reduction（p〈0.05）after several training weeks,but it gradually rose to the highest level in a week before the game by scientific regulation;there is no significant difference of BU among teams（p〉0.05）;CK has a great difference,however,it is back to adjust the state in a week before the game. Conclusion：it has strong pertinence and scientific for the integrated using of biochemical indicators of HB,BU,T,CK to evaluate body function level of Liaoning youth basketball athletes,and provides powerful security for Liaoning youth basketball athletes winning the game by monitoring in science and system.
