摘 要:为了有效解决工程车辆翻新轮胎在作业过程中经常出现崩花掉块、易被刺扎和磨耗快等问题,进一步提高翻新轮胎使用寿命,以工程翻新轮胎胎面橡胶为基体,碳纤维作为增强材料,考察了黏合体系及混炼工艺对碳纤维与胎面橡胶之间黏合性能的影响,利用电子显微镜对碳纤维与胎面胶界面的黏合状态进行了观察和分析,并通过拉伸强度、撕裂强度、弹性模量、拉断伸长率、回弹性、硬度和磨耗指数等性能对比试验,获得了不同长度、不同质量分数的碳纤维增强材料对工程车辆翻新轮胎胎面的性能影响规律.试验结果表明:当碳纤维长度约为6 mm、质量分数约为7%时,对工程翻新轮胎胎面橡胶的增强效果较为理想,主要物理机械性能指标良好,工程车辆翻新轮胎的使用寿命大大提高.In order to effectively solve the problems of chunking,chip off-falling,easily being punctured and worn,and further improve service life of engineering vehicle retreaded tire,the engineering retreaded tire tread rubber was used as matrix with carbon fiber as reinforcement. The bonding property of interface between carbon fiber and tread was observed and analyzed by electronic microscope,and the effects of bonding body and mixing smelting technique on tread rubber bonding performance were also inspected.The effect laws of carbon fiber material with different length and quality percentage on performance of engineering vehicle retreaded tire tread were achieved through performance comparing of stretching strength,tearing strength,elasticity modulus,maximum elongation,rebound resilience,hardness and wearing index. The test results show that the reinforcement effect on engineering retreaded tread rubber is optimum with carbon fiber length of about 6 mm and quality percentage of about 7%. The main physical and mechanical performance indexes are good,and the service life of engineering vehicle retreaded tire is greatly improved.
