摘  要:应用基于VOF的界面跟踪方法和realizable k-ε湍流模型分析了喷嘴出口结构参数对出口液膜厚度的影响规律,并将数值结果和试验数据进行对比,证实了模型的可靠性.结果表明:在喷嘴出口处液膜以环状形式分布,中间有一空心气锥,空心气锥半径越大,液膜越薄,并且随着流量的增大,液膜的破碎长度减小;喷嘴出口扩散角越大,喷嘴出口处液膜越薄,液膜破碎长度越短;喷嘴出口直径越大,液膜破碎长度越长,但液膜厚度不稳定;喷嘴出口直管段越长,液膜破碎长度越短,但对液膜在喷嘴出口后期发展的影响不是很大.VOF method was employed with realizable k-ε turbulence model to predict the influence of structure parameters on liquid film thickness at the outlet of centrifugal nozzle. The numerical result was compared with experimental data to verify the model reliability. The numerical simulation results show that the film is formed into a ring with an air cone in central axis. The liquid membrane is decreased with the increasing of air cone radius,and the length of film broken is shortened by improving flow rate. The bigger the diffusion angle is,the thinner the liquid film is with the shorter of the length of film broken.The bigger the nozzle diameter is,the longer the length of film broken is with unsteady film thickness,and the size of film thickness is floating. The longer the straight of nozzle exit is,the shorter the length of film broken is,while the effect of exit straight length is slight.
