摘  要:为了研究中浓度纸浆在不同剪切力下的流动特征,找到中浓度纸浆在流态化过程中的变化规律,实现中浓度纸浆悬浮液的流态化,从而达到泵送中浓度纸浆的目的,通过对纸浆剪切受力进行分析,并试验测量中浓度纸浆的密度及剪切应力和剪切旋转速度.建立了纸浆剪切应力和旋转剪切速度数学模型,根据其数学模型与试验结果分析,发现了不同浓度(质量分数)下纸浆的流态化特性,得到了中浓度纸浆的表观屈服应力和使其流态化所需的临界剪切应力,并建立其与纸浆浓度的数学模型.结果表明:功率数随着纸浆浓度的增加而增加,随着转速的增加逐渐减小,最终趋向于一个较小的稳定值,此时中浓度纸浆处于流态化状态.In order to investigate the medium consistency pulp flow behaviors under different shear stress,the experimental rig was established to obtain the fluidization characteristics and achieve pumping purpose. The pulp shear stress was analyzed to measure the density,shear stress and impeller speed of medium consistency pulp. The relationship between shear stress and rotation speed was investigated to establish a mathematical model. According to the model and test analysis,the fluidization characteristics of different mass consistency pulp were discussed to obtain apparent yield stress and critical shear stress.The relationship among apparent yield stress,critical stress and pulp consistency was analyzed. The results show that the power number increases with the increasing of consistency and decreases with the increasing of rotational speed. When the power number approaches to a minor stable value,the medium consistency pulp is in fluidization.
