摘 要:为了研究炭黑导电混凝土和炭黑碳纤维导电混凝土的导电性能以及电热性能,将两种材料的试块分别串联进直流电路中,观察两种材料的通电发热情况,并比较两种材料发热效果和电阻率的变化情况.试验研究结果表明:相对于炭黑导电混凝土试块,炭黑碳纤维导电混凝土试块的导电性更好,其中炭黑质量分数为1%、碳纤维质量分数为2%的炭黑碳纤维导电试块电阻率低于100Ω·cm;两种材料试块通电发热均比较稳定,且升温效果较好;炭黑导电混凝土试块电阻率在通电后比较稳定,而炭黑碳纤维导电混凝土试块电阻率随通电时间延长而增大.To investigate the electrical conductivity and the electric heating effect of carbon black conductive concrete and carbon fiber-carbon black diphasic conductive concrete,the two concrete specimens were respectively connected into direct current circuit to observe the temperature and heat generated by electricity charging. The heating effect and the electrical resistivity of the two kinds of conductive concrete were compared and discussed. The results show that carbon fiber-carbon black diphasic conductive concrete has better electrical conductivity than carbon black concrete. The concrete specimen with 1% carbon black and 2% carbon fiber possesses the electrical resistivity less than 100 Ω·cm. The rates of temperature rising of both kinds of conductive concrete are stable with good heating effects. The electrical resistivity of carbon black concrete is stable in conduction,while the electrical resistivity of carbon fibercarbon black diphasic conductive concrete is increased with the increasing of conduction time.
