摘　　要：在分析我国钢铁行业当前局面的基础上，展望宏观环境以及钢铁行业未来形势，从国企改制和产业整合转机、全球化发展战略机遇、国家重点扶持产业机会、互联网新经济商机等方面，挖掘部分细分行业和受益企业的投资价值。Based on the analysis of current situation and development prospect of China＇ s steel industry, this paper analyze the investment value of some subdivided industries and companies from the aspects of state-owned enterprise reform and M＆A, global development, the industries supported by the government, new economy of internet etc.
