摘　　要：小转炉因其公称容量小，自动化程度不高，成本控制相对较难。济钢炼钢厂45t小转炉采用精益管理思路，通过管理创新、工艺改进等措施，显著降低了生产成本。Because of its small converter nominal capacity is small, the degree of automation is not high, the cost is relatively difficult to control. Jinan Iron and steel steelmaking plant of 45 tons of small converter using lean management thinking, through the management innovation, technology improvement measures, reduce the production cost.
