摘　　要：针对异型坯S450J0高强钢桩生产现状存在的问题，研究开发S450J0高强钢桩目标成分精准化技术设计新的二次冷却模型，开发异型坯连铸机保护浇注工艺，采用“三恒一低”等工艺技术，提高了生产的稳定性，满足了高强钢桩铸坯表面质量及轧材性能要求。In view of the problem in the beam blank of S450J0 high strength steel pile production status, research the target component precision technology of the S450J0 high strength steel pile, design the new second cooling model. develop the protection method for casting process of beam blank continuous casting, improves the production stability using the ＂three constant one low＂ technology, meets the requirement of high strength steel pile surface quality and rolled material properties.
