低温渗氮处理技术在筛鼓上的应用研究

摘　　要：从筛鼓的工作原理及多年造纸企业使用的实际情况出发，分析了现有国产筛鼓存在的不足，提出低温渗氮（Nc-s）处理技术在筛鼓上的应用，采用Nc-s处理技术，增强了筛鼓的耐磨性、耐蚀性，提高了筛鼓的使用寿命，为企业节省资金。Based on the screen drum＇s working principle and years mills operation experiences the shortcoming of existing screen drum were analyzed, a kind of advanced screen drum surface treatment method NC-S processing technology which could enhance the wear resistance, corrosion resistance of the screen drum, improve service life, save money for the enterprise was recommended.
