摘 要:为了提高菠萝叶纤维的纺纱性能,克服脱胶困难的问题,首先通过氢氧化钠改性处理,再经漆酶和酸性木聚糖酶复合处理,综合运用了生化联合脱胶工艺进行试验,较好地去除了菠萝叶纤维中的木质素等胶质;同时进行了L16(45)正交试验设计,经测试分析给出了最佳脱胶工艺参数:Na OH用量为10%(o.w.f,下同)、漆酶用量为3.5%、酸性木聚糖酶用量为1.5%,温度为53℃,处理时间为150 min。在此工艺参数下制成的菠萝叶纤维残胶率为3.29%,纤维断裂强度达到4.52 c N/dtex,细度达1.70 tex,其可纺性能指标及纤维品质均有较大改善。In order to solve the problem of poor degumming, to improve the spinnability, the pineapple lea/ fiber is firstly modified by use of NaOH, and then composite treatmented with enzyme ( laccase and acidic xylanase ), the application of biochemistry degumming process well removed the colloid. Orthogonal experiment El6 ( 4s ) is designed to obtain the optimum parameters of degumming. Dosage of NaOH is 10% , enzyme is 3.5% , acidic xylanase if 1.5% temperature is 53℃ , treating time duration is 15mins. Under this optimum condition, the colloid remained on pineapple leaf fiber is 3.29% , fiber breaking strength is 4.52cN/dtex and fineness is I. 70rex. Its spinnability and product quality can be greatly improved.
