“透邪外出”法对急性病毒性心肌炎患者静息心电图和心肌酶谱的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨"透邪外出"法对急性病毒性心肌炎的静息心电图和心肌酶谱的影响。方法:将152例急性病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组76例给予常规西药治疗,治疗组76例在对照组基础上加用透邪清心汤,比较两组的静息心电图和心肌酶谱的改变情况。结果:治疗组总有效率82.9%,对照组总有效率63.2%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后AST,LDA,CK及静息心电图的改变与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论透邪清心汤联合常规西药治疗急性病毒性心肌炎有较好的疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To study the method of Touxie Waichu has effect on resting ECG and myocardial enzymes of the patients with acute viral myocarditis. Methods ： 152 AVM patients were equally randomized into 2 groups. The control group was given con- ventional western treatment and the treatment group was given conventional western treatment and Touxieqingxin Decoction. Clini- cal effect, resting ECG and myocardial enzymes were compared. Results：The total effective rate was 82.9% in the treatment group and was 63.2% in the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The differences of as AST, LDA, CK and resting ECG between the two groups after treatment were significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Touxieqingxin Decoction combined with con- ventional western treatment has certain effect in treating AVM.
