中西医结合治疗对糖尿病足部溃疡患者血清瘦素及受体影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究内托生肌散内服联合贝复济外敷对糖尿病足部溃疡患者血清瘦素及其受体水平的影响及临床意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法测定健康对照组及糖尿病足部溃疡患者血清瘦素及受体水平。结果:治疗后患者血清瘦素水平显著低于治疗前[(4.06±1.09)μg/L比(4.97±1.21)μg/L,P<0.05)],治疗组均高于正常对照组[(4.06±1.09)μg/L和(4.97±1.21)μg/L比(2.14±1.03)μg/L,P<0.01)];治疗后瘦素受体明显高于治疗前[(92.75±17.47)μg/L比(77.02±19.32)μg/L,P<0.05],治疗组均低于正常对照组[(92.75±17.47)μg/L比(108.10±26.54)μg/L P<0.05和(77.02±19.32)μg/L比,(108.10±26.54)μg/L P<0.01]。结论:采用中西医结合治疗糖尿病足溃疡有明显优势,并可降低血清瘦素提高瘦素受体水平,考虑瘦素及其受体的异常可能与糖尿病慢性皮肤溃疡的发生有关。Objective：To observe the clinical impact of Neituosheng]i Powder for oral taking combined with bFGF for external application in treatment of diabetic foot ulcers, and to investigate the effect of this therapy on the levels of serum leptin and its re- ceptor. Methods ：20 diabetic foot ulcer patients were as trial group, and 20 normal subjects were as control group. Serum Leptin and OB - R of all subjects was measured by ELISA. Results ： The leptin level in the patients was significantly decreased after treat- ment. The leptin level was significantly higher than that of the control group before and after treatment. The leptin receptor in the patients was up - regulated after treatment. The leptin receptor in the patients was less than that of the control group before and af- ter treatment. Conclusion：Integrated regimen was more superior to single therapy and it could decrease the leptin level and up - regulate leptin receptor. This suggested that leptin and its receptor might be related to the chronic skin ulcer in diabetic patients.
