金银花农药残留现状分析及合理使用建议

摘　　要：目的:对不同地区金银花中50种农残进行分析,并作出安全评价。方法:用乙腈进行提取,采用固相萃取柱(SPA)净化的分析方法,采用气质联用质谱仪(GC/MS)法测定。结果:金银花农药残留污染较为严重,应加强农药使用管理。结论:建立的检测方法简单,高效,灵敏度高,可作为金银花中的农药多残留测定法,并应用于相关风险安全评价。Objective：Analysis and safety evaluation of pesticide residue in Lonicerae Japonical Flos. Methods：The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned - up by SPA solid phase and were determined by means of GC/MS. Results ： Contamina- tion of pesticide residue in Lonicerae Japonical Flos was relatively serious and it should strengthen the management of pesticide use. Conclusion：It was indicated that the method developed in this study is easier, faster, more sensitive and it can meet the re- quirements of the multiple pesticides residue analysis, and this method can be further applied to safety risk assessment.
