穴位敷贴联合直流电离子导入治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位敷贴联合直流电离子导入治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期冷哮证患者的临床疗效。方法:62例符合标准的患者随机分为对照组(31例)和治疗组(31例),对照组予以吸入糖皮质激素治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上应用穴位敷贴联合直流电离子导入。观察两组治疗前后临床疗效、中医证候积分、哮喘控制评分(ACT)、缓解药物使用次数、血清总Ig E水平、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数。结果:治疗组愈显率(痊愈+显效)为96.7%,优于对照组的66.7%(P<0.05);治疗组对中医证候总积分的改善优于对照组(P<0.01),其中对喘息、咳嗽、胸闷及寒象的改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);两组的ACT评分、缓解药物的使用次数在治疗前后均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组的改善优于对照组(P<0.01);两组血清总Ig E水平和外周血EOS计数在治疗前后均有下降(P<0.01),治疗组的下降优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位敷贴联合直流电离子导入治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期冷哮证的临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗,能够明显改善患者喘息、咳嗽、胸闷及寒象等中医证候积分,提高ACT评分,减少缓解药物的使用次数,有效降低血清总Ig E水平和外周血EOS计数,有利于支气管哮喘控制。Objective ：To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Acupoint Application of Winter disease treated in Summer plus Elec- tric ion import therapy＂ on continuous asthma. Methods ： Sixty - two patients with continuous asthma were enrolled and divided into treatment group（ 31 ） and control group （31） randomly. The patients in control group were treated with inhaled cortieosteroid （ICS） , and those in treatment group were added ＂Acupoint Application of Winter disease treated in Summer plus Electric ion im- port therapy＂ for 1 month. Clinical research observed the clinical therapeutic effect, TCM syndrome score, asthma control test score （ACT）, monthly use number of reliever medication, immunoglobulin E （IgE） , eosinophile count（EOS） in peripheral blood, before and after treatment in both treatment group and control group. Results ： ＂Acupoint Application of Winter disease treated in Summer plus Electric ion import therapy＂ has therapeutic effect on continuous asthma,total valid rate was 96.7% ,and there was a significant difference as compared to the control group（66.7% ） （P 〈 0.05 ）. Improvement in TCM syndrome score had signifi- cant difference, the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The treatment group can significantly improve the symptoms such as wheez,cough, chest tightness and cold symptoms better than the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Both groups im- proved after treatment,the use number of reliever medication and asthma control test had significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The treatment group was better than the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. IgE and eosinophile Improvement had significant difference （P 〈 0. 01 ） and the treatment group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The clinical efficacy of ＂Acupoint Applica- tion of Winter disease treated in Summer plus Electric ion import therapy＂ combined with western medicine of bronchial ashma is better than western medicine alone.
