摘　　要：高血压前期是介于正常血压和高血压之间的过渡期。从中医未病角度分析高血压前期,并根据历代医家针灸治疗高血压的经验理论,阐释从脾论治高血压前期的新思路以及采用针灸捻转补泻法治疗该病的可行性。Prehypertension is the transition period between normal blood pressure and hypertension. Analysis of prehyperten- sion from the viewpoint of traditional Chinese medicine was carried on according to the empirical theory of home of past dynasties cure acupuncture on hypertension. Prehypertension treated from spleen and the feasibility of the treatment of prehypertension by twisting- twirling acupuncture reinforcing and reducing method was explained.
