“择时服药”在原发性高血压患者护理中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:"择时服药"护理模式在高血压患者运用中的临床疗效观察。方法:将本院200例高血压患者按照随机数字表随机分为"择时服药"组和常规护理组,观察分析两组患者的血压情况、焦虑自评量表(SAS)等情况。结果:"择时服药"组的血压控制水平及评分显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:依据中医时间医学对高血压患者实施"择时服药"护理干预能够安全平稳控制血压,缓解高血压患者焦虑情况,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective ：To observe the effect of the chronobiological nursing model in hypertension patients. Methods：According to random number table, the patients were randomly divided into medicine ＂timing＂ group and routine nursing group, observing and analyzing the blood pressure of two groups of patients, self - evaluation of anxiety scale （SAS）. Results ： The treatment group had a significantly higher level of blood pressure control and SAS, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclu- sion ： The chronobiological nursing could smooth security control of blood pressure, relieve anxiety in patients with high blood pres- sure and improve the quality of life ,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
