化疗所致骨髓抑制的辨证施护

摘　　要：目的:探讨化疗后骨髓抑制的中医调护对策。方法:对肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制的103例患者进行辨证施护,从心理护理、预防感染、预防出血、饮食护理四个方面进行总结和论述。结果:本组患者2例死亡,101例好转出院。结论:辨证施护可促进化疗后骨髓抑制的恢复。Objective ： To explore TCM evidence - based nursing methods in the treatment of bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy. Methods ：Totally 103 patients with bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy were nursed with TCM evi- dence- based methods, including summary and discussion of psychological care, prevention of infection, prevention of bleeding and diet care. Results ：2 patients died and other 101 patients recovered well. Conclusion ：TCM evidence -based nuring can reduce the bone marrow suppression after chemothrapy.
