摘 要:目的:观察红芪多糖对12周龄糖尿病db/db小鼠血脂、血糖的影响,以进一步评价红芪多糖对2型糖尿病糖脂代谢紊乱的调节作用。方法:将40只12周龄雄性SPF级BKS背景肥胖型2型糖尿病db/db小鼠随机分为红芪多糖(HPS)高剂量组、HPS中剂量组、HPS低剂量和模型对照组,每组10只;另外10只同品系非糖尿病db小鼠为正常对照组。分别给予红芪多糖及生理盐水灌胃治疗8周后观察各组小鼠的血脂情况。结果:红芪多糖高、中剂量组能明显改善db/db小鼠血脂水平(P<0.01),而红芪多糖低剂量组与模型组比较未见明显差异(P>0.05);在实验过程中,除正常对照组外,其余各组血糖均不同程度上升,治疗8周时,HPS高剂量组与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红芪多糖对12周龄的db小鼠血脂、血糖有一定的调节作用,对研究血脂与2型糖尿病、肥胖、脂肪肝的关系及治疗有一定意义。Objective :To observe the effect of Hedysarum Polybotys Saccharide on blood lipid and blood glucose of 12 weeks old diabetic db/db mice,in order to further evaluate the regulatory effect of Hedysarum Polybotys Saccharide on glucose and lipid metabolism disorder in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods :40 db/db mice of 12 weeks old male SPF grade BKS background obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into Hedysarum Polybotys Saccharide (HPS) high dose group, middle dose group,low dose group and model group, 10 mice in each group;another 10 syngeneic non diabetic db mice as normal control group. Lipids were observed after treated with Hedysarum Polybotys Saccharide and physiological saline for 8 weeks. Results: Hedysarum Polybotys Saccharide high medium dose groups can obviously improve the blood lipid levels in db/db mice (P 〈 0. 01 ), compared with the model group, no significant difference was found in the Hedysarum Polybotys Saccharide low dose group ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; during the experiment, except normal control group, the blood glucose of the rest groups increased in different degrees after 8 weeks, there was significant difference between the HPS of high dose group and model group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Hedysarum Polybotys Saccharide has a role in regulating the blood lipids and blood glucose in db mice aged 12 weeks with type 2 diabetes,these may have certain significance in studying the relationship between blood lipids and obesity,type 2 diabetes,fatty liver and treatment.
