摘　　要：中风后抑郁症是脑血管疾病常见的并发症,其病机多为脑府受损,气机郁滞,脏腑功能失调,同时夹杂痰浊瘀血等病理因素。针灸临床治疗中风后抑郁症,选穴紧紧围绕其病机进行,在重点选用具有调神通络、醒脑开窍功效的穴位同时,亦十分重视使用具有活血行气、疏肝解郁、调理脏气等功效的穴位,具有重视病变部位、明辨本虚标实之选穴规律。The post - stroke depression is a common complication of cerebrovascular disease. Brain damage, stagnation of qi, disorder of viscera,accompanied with pathological factors such as phlegm and blood stasis form the basic pathogenesis of PSD. The application of acupuncture and moxibustion through stimulating certain acupoints on the human body are not only character- ized by the functions of inspiring spirits, activating the meridians and collaterals and restoring consciousness, but also promoting the circulation of qi and invigorating the blood, dispersing liver stagnation and regulating function of the internal organs so as to treat post -stroke depression. The selection of acupoints has a general trend to place emphasis on the disease location, deficiency and excess, branch and root of the post - stroke depression.
