从抑郁致功能性消化不良进行肝胃不和证研究的思路分析

摘　　要：目的:为深入研究肝胃不和证的发生机制,提出从抑郁致功能性消化不良进行肝胃不和证的研究思路。方法:采用文献分析法,分析抑郁致功能性消化不良与中医肝胃不和证在发病特点、临床表现、动物模型等方面的相关性,以及脑肠肽变化与抑郁致功能性消化不良、肝胃不和证的关系。结果:抑郁致功能性消化不良与中医情志抑郁所致肝胃不和证在发病原因和临床表现上高度相似,且部分脑肠肽的改变同时存在于抑郁症与肝胃不和证的发病过程中,为肝胃不和证机制的研究提供了新的思路。结论:在中医理论指导下,基于抑郁致功能性消化不良与肝胃不和证的相似性,可以从"脑-脊髓-胃"脑肠轴通路途径,深入研究中医肝胃不和证的发生机制。Objective：To research the pathogenesis and mechanism of traditional Chinese medical （TCM） type of Liver - Stomach disorder syndrome deeply, the research of thought of Liver - Stomach disorder syndrome from depression - functional dys- pepsia was put forward correspondingly. Methods ： By means of literature analysis method, the relevancy of between depression - functional dyspepsia and Liver - Stomach disorder was analyzed in respects of specialty of disease, clinical manifestation and ani- mal model. The relationship between the changes of brain - gut peptide about gastrointestinal sensitive signals and depression - functional dyspepsia and Liver - Stomach disorder syndrome was investigated. Results ： There were significant similarities between depression - functional dyspepsia and TCM type of Liver - Stomach disorder syndrome caused by depression in aetiological agent and clinical manifestation. Besides, parts of the changes of brain - gut peptide existed in the disease process both depression and Liver - Stomach disorder syndrome ,which provided a new way of thinking for researching the mechanism of Liver - Stomach disor- der syndrome. Conclusion ： Based on similarities of depression - functional dyspepsia and Liver - Stomach disorder syndrome, the mechanism of TCM type of Liver - Stomach disorder syndrome could be studied deeply from the signal path of brain - gut axis - ＂ CNS （ Central Nervous System） - Spinal Cord - Gastric＂ under the guidance of TCM theory.
