摘　　要：功能性肠病是针刺治疗的优势病种,针刺治疗功能性肠病体现了针刺的双向调节效应,其机制尚不明确。脑肠互动理论在肠道疾病的发病中起到重要作用,大量研究表明,针刺对脑肠互动的整体调节作用可能是针刺发挥其双向调节效应的切入点。本文从脑肠互动理论入手对针刺治疗功能性肠病的双向调节作用作一简要综述。Acupuncture has beed proved to be effective in treating functional bowel disorders （FBDs） ,which well reflects the bi - directionally regulated effects of acupuncture therapy. However, the mechanisms remain poorly understood. An abnormal func- tioning of brain - gut interactions has been described as a vital role in the pathogenesis of bowel disorders. Numerous studies have shown that the holistic regulation of brain - gut interaction with acupuncture may be the key to explain the mechanisms of bi - di- rectionally regulated effects of acupuncture. In this article,we aim to review the current knowledge on the possible involvement of brain - gut interactions in the mechanisms of bi - directional regulation of acupuncture therapy for functional bowel disorders.
