摘　　要：科技创新的网络机制是指从原始创新到研发与孵化、生产转化、产业链条、信息平台的建立以及商业反馈和伦理问责的双向激励与约束机制。这种机制便于获得及时的情报咨询,关注先进技术,保持较高的创新水准与产业链条的合理性。外部创新能力与企业自主创新及吸收能力相匹配。创新联结了技术、经济与人,联结了多元主体,保证了创新价值的实现。The network mechanism of S＆T innovation refers to the recycle incentive and restraint mechanism from the original creation to the R＆D innovation and incubation,to the production conversion and industrial chain, to information platform constructing, to business feedback and ethical accountability. Such a mechanism is convenient for us to access timely information and consulting, concerning advanced technology and to maintain a high innovation standard,as well as a reasonable industrial chain The external innovation capability can be matched with the indigenous innovation and absorption capacity of enterprise. Innovation links the technology, economy and human, links the multiple subjects, ensuring the realization of the innovation value.
