摘 要:文章针对TOC测定方法的过程进行了系统分析,指出近年来在有机碳分离、氧化、测定中一些待解决的关键性问题。鉴于各领域样品复杂程度、测定要求、测定范围和精度的不同,各行业方法数据的一致性与分析能力文章将不予讨论,主要考虑方法的灵敏度、准确度、测试限制、控制条件及代表性。综合阐述内容,认为各方法都有其优缺点,只是适用的范围和针对领域不同,通过克服方法缺陷和革新检测原理,都能有长足的发展。非色散型红外光谱法作为先进的总有机碳检测方法仍旧会有长足的发展,具备有机碳分离与测定一体化的检测方法发展前景辽阔。A system analysis has been carried out for the main detection processes, pointed out some key issues that need to be solved on the separation, oxidation and determination of organic carbon. In consideration of the imparity for the complexity, test demand, test extent and accuracy of different fields, the data consistency between industry methods and method analytical ability are not take account of, this paper main discusses the sensitivity, accuracy, detection limit. operating condition and representativeness. Base on the above, in spite of shortcomings more or less exist in TOC analytic methods, all the methods could obtain a long-term develop by the overcome of method imperfections and the innovation of test theory. Non-dispersive infrared spectrometry as the most advanced TOC analytic method will develop quickly as before, and the series of method that equip a integrated system for separation and determination of organic carbon shows a promising fiature on the measurement of TOC.
