摘  要:采用化学还原沉淀+超滤+反渗透工艺对某活塞环厂电镀含铬废水进行处理,反渗透产水回用,浓缩液经过三效蒸发器蒸发,实现电镀废水零排放.在pH=2~3的条件下,采用NaHSO3作为还原剂将Cr(Ⅵ)还原为Cr(Ⅲ),通过调节pH至8将Cr(Ⅲ)转化为沉淀去除,经沉淀处理后的清水进入膜系统处理,反渗透系统总回收率为70%.整套系统运行稳定,回用水水质优于自来水.The combined process of chemical reduction precipitation, ultrafiltration (UF) and reverse osmosis (RO) has been used for treating chromium-containing wastewater from a piston ring plant, effluent water from reverse osmosis (RO) has been reused, concentrated water has been evaporated by triple effect evaporator. Electroplating wastewater has been achieved zero emissions. The Cr (VI) is reduced to Cr (Ⅲ) by NaHSO3 trader the conditions ofpH 2 to 3, by adjusting the pH to 8 Cr (Ⅲ) is translated into a precipitate and removed after precipitation. Clean water is transported into the membrane system which has 70 percent recovery. The entire system is stable, reused water is better than tap water.
