摘　　要：介绍了本溪市基于移动GIS的林业有害生物普查信息管理系统的系统结构、技术流程、PC端基础信息管理系统、PDA外业调查系统的各个工作流程。系统通过内业信息维护和任务规划,外业数据调查,及时更新数据库,实现林业有害生物普查内、外业一体化和普查工作电子化,为林业有害生物普查成果生成提供便捷的手段。The structure,technical process,fundamental information management system on PC and w orking process of field investigation system on PDA of the forest pest survey information management system based on the mobile GIS in Benxi w ere introduced. The system updated database in time to realize the integration of indoor and field w ork of forest pest survey and eletronization of the survey,and provide a convenient method for the survey through the indoor information maintenance and task planning and field data investigation.
