摘　　要：研究目的:对2014年国内外土地整治研究进展进行梳理,展望了2015年国内研究趋势,为土地科学进一步研究提供借鉴。研究方法:归纳分析法,文献资料综述法。研究结果:2014年相关研究主要集中在土地整治规范化与制度化建设、农用地整治、村庄土地整治、工矿建设用地整治以及土地复垦等方面,研究成果丰富。研究结论:土地整治是土地科学的重点研究领域之一,2015年《中国土地科学》在本领域的关注重点将主要集中在:推动土地整治与经济建设协调关系研究;不断推进土地整治工程技术研发与应用研究;坚持开展以加强土地权属管理为目标的土地整治研究;加快完善土地整治监督管理机制,从而落实土地整治的共同责任。The purpose of this paper is to summarize the research development on land consolidation and readjustment in 2014 and to give perspective in 2015, which provides a reference for future study on land science. The methods used include literature review and deductions. The results indicate that most researches on land consolidation and readjustment in 2014 are related to the systematization and standardization, the agricultural land, the rural land, industrial and mining construction, and land reclamation etc. It is concluded that four themes will be the research priorities of China Land Sciences in 2015, namely： 1） to improve the coordination between land consolation and economic development; 2） to promote land consolation engineering technology and application research; 3） to strengthen management of land ownership as the goal of the land consolation; 4） to accelerate the improvement of the supervision and management mechanism of land readjustment for the accountable responsibilities among stakeholders.
