摘 要:本试验旨在研究意大利蜜蜂工蜂幼虫饲粮中亚油酸的适宜添加水平。选取576只1日龄的工蜂幼虫,随机分为6组,每组96只幼虫,对照饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂添加0.02%、0.04%、0.06%、0.08%和0.10%亚油酸的饲粮,试验期7 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮添加0.10%亚油酸显著降低了化蛹率(P〈0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮添加0.04%亚油酸显著提高了5日龄虫体蛋白质浓度(P〈0.05);饲粮中添加0.10%亚油酸显著降低了7日龄蛹蛋白质浓度(P〈0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮添加0.02%亚油酸对6日龄虫体的过氧化物酶增殖物激活受体(PPAR)α活性有显著的抑制作用(P〈0.05),添加0.08%的亚油酸则显著提高了6日龄虫体PPARα和PPARγ活性。4)与对照组相比,饲粮添加0.04%和0.08%亚油酸显著提高了6日龄虫体脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)活性(P〈0.05);添加0.08%亚油酸显著提高了5日龄虫体乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACC)浓度(P〈0.05),添加0.06%和0.10%亚油酸显著提高了6日龄虫体ACC浓度(P〈0.05)。5)饲料中添加本试验设定范围的亚油酸对幼虫FAS和ACC基因相对表达量无显著影响(P〉0.05)。综合化蛹率和虫体蛋白质浓度2个指标的拟合曲线结果,认为意大利蜜蜂工蜂幼虫饲粮中亚油酸的适宜添加水平为0.024%~0.037%。This experiment was conducted to study the appropriate linoleic acid supplemental level in Apis mel- lifera ligustica worker larvae diet. Five hundred and seventy six larvae were randomly assigned to 6 groups with 96 larvae in each group. Larvae in control group were fed a basal diet, and those in experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.02%, 0.04%, 0.06%, 0.08% and 0.10% linoleic acid, respectively. The experiment lasted for 7 days. The results showed as follows : 1 ) compared with the control group, the diet supplemented with 0.10% linoleic acid reduced the percentage of pupation (P〈0.05). 2) Compared with the control group, the diet supplemented with 0.04% linoleic acid significantly increased the total protein concen- tration of larvae at 5 days old (P〈0.05), when the worker larvae developed into pupa at 7 days old, the diet supplemented with 0.10% linoleic acid significantly increased the pupae protein concentration (P〈0.05). 3 ) Compared with the control group, the diet supplemented with 0.02% linoleic acid had significant suppression effects on the activity of peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor (PPAR)et (P〈0.05), but 0.08% linoleic acid had stimulating effects on the activities of PPARct and PPAR.y at 6 days old. 4) Compared with the control group, the linoleic acid supplemental levels at 0.04% and 0.08% significantly improved the activity of fatty acid synthetase (FAS) of larvae at 6 days old (P〈0.05). Acetyl CoA carboxylase (ACC) concentration of larvae at 5 days old was significantly improved by 0.08% linoleic acid (P〈0.05) and ACC concentration of larvae at 6 days old was significantly improved by 0.06% and 0.10% linoleic acid (P〈0.05). 5) Different supplemental levels of linoleic acid had no effects on the relative expression levels of FAS and ACC genes ( P〉 0.05).
